Before<Before>After<After>This is my review from just under two months after implant-free rhinoplasty! My original nose was bulbous, and when I smiled it had a slightly Squidward-like hump-nose feel! Now, I’m so satisfied because my nose still looks sharp even when I smile and even at rest it looks slimmer, so people around me often say my overall face looks more slender!!
When I consulted with the director, I said I wanted it to look as natural as possible, and even right before entering the operating room, they checked the consultation details with me one more time, so I felt really reassured going into and coming out of surgery!!!! It’s also really nice that the director personally checks my postoperative progress.. Honestly, since it was my first surgery, there were a lot of things I was curious and anxious about during recovery! Each time, being able to hear directly from the director made me feel like I recovered better.
The cotton packing was removed the day after surgery, and the splint was removed at the one-week mark.
Around the one-week mark, breathing was still a bit difficult because of the swelling, and a little after two weeks? Breathing through my nose gradually became more comfortable!! When it was just under one month, the bluish bruising between my brows had all faded, and the major swelling had all gone down, so I could go out and about normally!!
The clinic was really kind and provided swelling injections, swelling laser treatment, and even pumpkin juice, so I think the swelling went down even better!! And I also went on lots of walks!
