2 Weeks After Nose Surgery

Before <pre-op 1> Before <pre-op 2> After <14 days post-op> After <14 days post-op> After <14 days post-op> After <14 days post-op> 2 weeks after nose surgery. Swelling: 70% of the swelling is gone, still have yellow bruising around the eyes: Nasal incision scar: much better but still there; so far I’ve only applied eye ointment. Nostril asymmetry: there is some, but I think it will improve a lot depending on recovery time. The pulling sensation around the philtrum has improved a lot, and it looks natural when I smile.

After surgery, breathing is definitely much better and there’s not even the slightest stuffy feeling, but I do have a runny nose. I looked it up and they say a runny nose can last up to 1 month after surgery, so even if it’s uncomfortable, I’ll wait it out...

Seeing the swelling gradually go down makes me think maybe I should have made the nasal bridge a little higher... It’s been 2 weeks now, and although I like the natural feel of my nose, from the front it doesn’t seem like there’s a huge difference. My nostrils seem a bit smaller and it definitely feels more refined. My face is small, so my mother said that if my nose were higher, it might not suit me. If only my nose is high, it might actually look mismatched... What matters is that it looks pretty when you see the eyes, nose, and mouth together, right? I like that the nasal tip looks less upturned than before surgery, but as the swelling goes down, will the nasal tip come down more?
