10 years ago, while I was having a consultation at a certain plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong about jowls and wrinkles around the mouth, they recommended liposuction, so I had liposuction for the jowls together with the area under my chin. The surgery was relatively simple, but after surgery I had to wear something like a compression bandage for quite a while, and it was rough.. Now... the double chin still has a good effect, but with the jowls, not long afterward my cheek fat sagged again and filled back in, so there wasn’t much effect. I think I’ll need to get liposuction again and thread lifting. My conclusion after 10 years is that double chin liposuction lasts relatively long, and jowl liposuction doesn’t seem to last very long.
