The doctor looked sleepy during the consultation. Maybe he had not slept well; his speech was slurred and he sounded congested. He seemed too lazy to explain the surgery method. The consultation coordinator did not look professional. No other hospital had ever recommended removing eye skin, but this place recommended doing so because there was a lot of fat. (While going to consultations for my own surgery, I kept hearing that my eye fat was actually not much and that my skin was thick.) From there, I no longer wanted to hear any more explanation.
