After my epicanthoplasty and incisional surgery went badly at M Plastic Surgery in Suwon, I had double eyelid revision surgery and ptosis correction at JW Garden a few years ago (about 4 years ago). What I wanted was to return my eyes to as natural a look as possible. The double eyelid line had severe sausage-like swelling and scarring, but I think it improved by about 60%.
I don’t know why, but with the ptosis correction, from right after surgery until about 6 months later my eyes opened wider (but it was always accompanied by an uncomfortable pulling sensation;) After a few years passed following the surgery, the effect seems to have disappeared. If I had known this would happen, I didn’t need to get ptosis correction.. Is it normal for ptosis correction to revert over time?..
Revision surgery is difficult, and anyway, compared with before surgery, it improved a lot overall, so I’m just satisfied. Once something goes wrong, it really seems hard to go back. I think being 100% satisfied with revision surgery is difficult. The doctor was kind too.
