Liposuction of Arms, Accessory Breasts, and Waist (Procedure in May 2020)

1. Arms and accessory breasts - I was really highly satisfied after surgery. (Even though my upper body is on the thinner side compared with my lower body, once I entered my 40s, fat started bulging on the upper arms, so I became reluctant to wear tight tops around the arms.) - Especially, even right after surgery, swelling wasn’t severe, and although it looked lumpy, almost all of it disappeared while receiving postoperative care. (The clinic said it was because that area moves a lot.)

2. Abdomen - I was relatively less satisfied with abdominal liposuction. - I can still feel lumps (of course they have gotten much smaller than at first), and a somewhat unnatural feeling remains.

To sum up, liposuction is really effective for areas where there is a limit to reducing size through diet and exercise, such as the thighs or upper arms, but for areas with relatively less movement, like the abdomen, lumps can form (of course there may be individual differences!), so I don’t think I would really recommend it. And in the case of my abdomen, I tend to lose fat relatively well with diet and exercise, so that may be why I feel this way even more.
