The overall friendliness during the consultation was not bad, but the consultation manager was overflowing with pride in her own clinic and emphasized that the only rival they think they have at this hospital is one place. She kept praising the hospital, saying the doctors are so skilled that they can remove all the fat, but other than that, the professional explanation and consultation felt a bit lacking.
