Two-week functional rhinoplasty review

I had always been troubled by my upturned, bulbous nose. Rather than an extremely high nose, I wanted the nostrils to show less and wanted a natural yet smooth line. I had been researching rhinoplasty since I was young. While looking through reviews on various sites, I learned about Dr. Kim Hyun-joo at Ryu Plastic Surgery. From the reviews and videos, I could feel that she consulted with patients sincerely and cared deeply about postoperative care. Since this was my first rhinoplasty and a procedure with considerable risks, I was extremely worried, but Dr. Kim presented an accurate solution based on analysis of my photos and videos. She recommended lengthening the columella and correcting the nasolabial angle using autologous costal cartilage. She also discovered severe nasal deviation that I had not known about, so we decided to correct that at the same time. Considering my facial proportions and overall image, she particularly recommended about 2 mm of silicone. I gained a great deal of trust from the way she recommended only what was necessary without overdoing it. The first three days after surgery were difficult, but after the acute phase passed around one week, the bruising and swelling decreased much faster than expected. Because I was anxious about my first surgery, I often contacted the consultation coordinator and the clinic, but they always replied kindly and quickly, which really reassured me. Although it was difficult to coordinate the schedule during a holiday period, they arranged the appointment to fit my timing, and I was touched that the director kept checking my condition so I would not feel anxious. People around me often say that it looks very natural and turned out extremely well. I sincerely thank the director who operated exactly according to my needs and everyone at the clinic who helped me recover quickly. I feel I will be able to trust them and return in the future!
