I was worried because my nose was wide and low, but the doctor made me a new nose :) The swelling is going down pretty quickly, and I’m very satisfied with the shape. I asked for it to be natural without making my eyes look close-set, but still higher, so silicone 4.5 mm, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage were used!
