The surgery cost was extremely expensive, and donor rib cartilage was extra (I think 1.5 million won), while autologous costal cartilage was extra (500,000 won), so autologous costal cartilage was actually cheaper. The doctor was kind as expected. The consultation manager (tall, very thin, blunt bob haircut) was rude, so I passed.
