Before getting married, I felt like I needed to deal with my upper arms because of my wedding dress, so I did a ton of in-person and online research,
and eventually selected a hospital and got the LAMS procedure!
It has been a little while since I got LAMS now, so I’m maintaining my diet, and since the results are visible, I’m posting this haha
These days there’s a trend among brides-to-be saying you should definitely get arm LAMS before the main ceremony,
so I got tempted and did it. And everyone knows arms really don’t lose fat..
I tried exercise/diet, PT, Pilates, all of it, but my arms just would not slim down, so I thought I’d just get help from a procedure, and I figured this would be way more effective than massages and things like that, so I went ahead with it.
The results aren’t bad, so I’m organizing everything and writing a review!
Reasons I chose arm LAMS
1. A big reason is that liposuction surgery itself scared me..

5. Maintains the elasticity layer (they said that with liposuction, even the elasticity layer is completely removed, so that’s why you wear compression garments)

I had LAMS done as unlimited LAMS, and I think you can think of unlimited LAMS as literally a procedure that removes all the fat that can be extracted, like suction!!
More than anything, the consultant at the hospital I went to seemed to counsel honestly, so I liked that No exaggerating!
Unlimited LAMS is a bit more expensive, but they said that if you go with regular LAMS, where you decide the number of bottles, the price can also go down a lot. But since I was doing it anyway, I thought I shouldn’t try to save money and should just go for it, so I did it
They did say that if the cost is burdensome, regular LAMS would be okay too (they said the medication itself used during LAMS dissolves a lot of fat, so there is an effect just from injecting it).
But I just went with unlimited, and I don’t regret it! ㅠㅅㅠ
