Consultation for facial liposuction

I went for a consultation at WooA Plastic Surgery (ㅇㄷㄱ) because of facial liposuction, and there was no separate consultation fee. The consultation went in the order of consultant-director-consultant, and the consultant didn’t recommend or push anything separately at all, but she wasn’t especially kind either. And when I consulted with the doctor, he told me to say the areas I felt were lacking or that I was unhappy with, so I did, and then he said things like, there’s nothing bad about listening to the doctor, and there’s always a reason when they tell you not to do something. He told me not to do liposuction on the cheeks or jawline and to absolutely only do a thread lift. When I said that the threads dissolve anyway, so my cheek fat would come back later, he told me to just get a facelift then. Whether I consider revision surgery at that point or whatever, it just felt really off. The cost came out to 1.94 million won for double-chin liposuction, muscle tying, and up to 12 threads.
