I have a bulbous nose and a short nose, but it feels like the nostril wings didn’t get smaller and only the height increased, so I’m worried My nose still looks too big. It’s been over a year since surgery I’m thinking about revision surgery I want a small, delicate nose, so if you know a good hospital, please recommend one
