Two-month rhinoplasty review (please read and help me)

I’m two months post-rhinoplasty. The location is Busan, and because I’m an active-duty full-time reserve soldier, I couldn’t go all the way to Seoul for consultations, so I had it done at a relatively well-known place in Busan. Right after my first surgery, they told me to come the next day to remove the hemostatic cotton (packing), so I went, but only a nurse was there. The swelling was so severe that I couldn’t open my eyes, and tears kept coming from the inner corners of my eyes. (I did not have osteotomy. I only had silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, functional rhinoplasty.) I told the nurse I wanted to see the director, and she said it was fine, just removed the packing, disinfected it, and told me not to worry because it was swelling and to go home. This was my first surgery and I didn’t really know what was wrong, so I just trusted them and went home. The next day, on day 3, I couldn’t open my eyes. I went straight to the hospital and said I wanted to see the director, and only then did he see me.. He said there was pooled blood in the glabella area and that it seemed like a silicone foreign-body reaction. So I thought, I guess that’s what it is.. He said the probability was less than 1%, and I was upset thinking I can’t believe that turned out to be me. So I had my first surgery on Dec. 6, and for about a week I kept getting antibiotic treatment, they kept drawing out the pooled blood with a syringe, and they were massaging it around. It was truly hell lol. So on Dec. 16, I had surgery to remove the silicone. But when I came in on the 18th, the swelling wasn’t going down? They gave me antibiotic treatment again and injections too, and then antibiotic hives? I had never seen anything like that in my life. I’ve had several surgeries too, but maybe because they used too many antibiotics, hives were even coming up during surgery. When I got antibiotic injections, my whole body broke out like hives. But I kept getting antihistamine injections while also getting antibiotic treatment.. It was really the worst lol. Eventually, on the 22nd, because the swelling wasn’t going down, the director said we should just do open irrigation. So I was like, ha.. From my first surgery, I was lying on the operating table three times in two weeks, and it was truly awful. I wondered if I had done something wrong, seriously; on top of that I even got inflammation and suffered a lot. On the 22nd, when he ultimately said we should do open irrigation, I didn’t really trust him, so I said I didn’t want to. (I went with my wife.) He told my wife to sign the consent form, held my hand, and just pulled me into the operating room. So I said no, I’m not doing it, I’m going to a university hospital. Then he told me not to say nonsense and to come immediately.. that I had to have surgery immediately. Later I found out there had been bleeding inside my nose.. So he did some hemostasis, and then suddenly said he had also trimmed the nasal tip cartilage a bit. The shape changed too, and what makes me even angrier is that now that the swelling has gone down, the shape I wanted didn’t come out at all, my nose is a little crooked, and between the nasal tip and the nasal ala there’s a hollow dent where it has sunken in.. It’s deeply indented. Since only the right side is indented like that, it looks even more crooked. In the end, all I got were side effects, scar tissue, loss of money, time, and stress, and I don’t even have silicone anymore.. I was so stressed that recently I went to the hospital and confronted them about the sunken nasal ala, and they told me to be grateful that I didn’t get contracture, that it was heavenly luck. I really lost words there. There wasn’t even one word of apology, and what did I do wrong? It’s my fault for coming to this hospital and having surgery here.. I said forget it and asked for a refund. I said I’d go to another hospital for revision surgery. But now they’re saying they’ll help so the representative director can operate and do the revision for me. Can I trust this place and have revision surgery there? I regret it so much and I’m so stressed.
