Because my nasal tip was wide and my nostrils were wide, I hoped my nasal tip would become smaller and my nostrils would also become a bit smaller. I already had some nasal bridge height, so I only wanted the nasal tip to become smaller, but I was told that for overall balance, a small amount of silicone would need to be placed in the nasal bridge too. In the end, I had the hump shaved down, silicone placed in the nasal bridge, and the nose raised high at the tip using ear cartilage and septal cartilage. Since it is still only day 11, I will have to wait for more swelling to go down, but right now it feels like my nose has become too high, and the foreign-body sensation is really hard to deal with.... The nasal bridge also looks too high.... My family says it looks fine, but psychologically it has been very difficult, so I was looking into early removal a lot. Then I went back to the hospital for a consultation, and they said it is safer to do it after 6 months, so I am thinking maybe I should endure it for 6 months (they said it is healing well with no side effects at the moment...). The foreign-body sensation in my nose is extremely uncomfortable, and in any case I do not like the shape of my nose, so I feel sadㅜㅜ
