I had never been interested in any other cosmetic surgery in my life, but breast surgery, which had been a lifelong complex for me, was something I definitely wanted to do someday. So as soon as I got a job, I saved money for the surgery. I carefully went through reviews and visited clinics in person, and on my 5th place, I ended up having surgery at my current hospital. The director didn't pressure me into choosing implants, carefully checked my body measurements, and gave advice on implant type + size, which made me trust him.
My breasts were slightly asymmetrical, so different sizes were inserted on the left/right. When I was deep into consultations, I wondered if the difference was so small that it was really necessary to use different sizes.. But once my breasts actually got bigger, I understood what the director meant. Luckily, I had no pain in the beginning and basically hit the painless jackpot, so I think I paid the most attention to swelling + changes in feel. The feel has softened much more now than in the first month, and the upper fullness has also come down appropriately, so they are settling well. But I was told that breasts need to be watched for at least 6 months, so I'm going to keep checking the changes consistently.
Before and after the surgery, I had so many questions that I bothered the consultant here and there lol, but it remains a good memory that she called me right away every time and tried to explain everything. Even if it is not breast surgery, I think cosmetic surgery should be done at a hospital that can take responsibility for you until the end.
