Before-before, after-after. You can see my pre-op nose, right..? Anyone could tell it looked low and spread out I wanted to improve that, so I told the director during my consultation. I said the line I wanted was definitely a semi-straight line, and since I think the front view is just as important as the side view, I wanted it to look slim, but I didn’t want it to look too artificially, sharply raised! (I wanted it improved in a pretty and glamorous way, but still natural..) Thankfully, the director understood exactly what I meant and did the surgery well! Oh and this was something that really drew me in: during the consultation, the director edited my photo in Photoshop to show in advance how my nose might look after surgery If you’re curious about roughly how your face might look after nose surgery, I think it could be good to go for a consultation It feels different from trying it ourselves at home (?) Anyway, I did it with autologous costal cartilage, so I think it will last a long time, and the shape came out well, so I’m satisfied Before, I couldn’t really go out without makeup around my nose, but now I’m just happy even without makeup Of course, since it’s autologous costal cartilage, right after surgery coughing made me feel like I was going to die, and there is some of that feeling, but once this period passes, it’s really okay! It’s been about a month now, so I think there’s still a little residual swelling, but personally I think most of it has gone down I’d be happy if it goes down more from here, and even if it doesn’t go down more, I’m satisfied enough, so I’m leaving a review haha
