Before/after <review after 6 months> It has been 6 months since I had it done at Iwabaek Plastic Surgery.
I did make the line thin, but it looks so natural that one person I know from work still exclaims every time we meet that it turned out so well lololol
After getting double eyelid surgery, I’m so satisfied that my eyes come out looking more defined in photos. At first, I wasn’t used to it and it felt a little too much, but now all the residual swelling is gone and I’m used to it, so I regret not doing it sooner haha
Even now, I think they created the line just as well as I wanted. So satisfied, so satisfied
<First review (after 6 weeks)> I had monolids, so my eyes looked plain, and because I opened my eyes using forehead strength, I got non-incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty~
After hearing why I wanted surgery, most other places recommended ptosis correction, but the director here said it was pseudoptosis, so I didn’t need ptosis correction and that it would improve with just the non-incisional method. I liked that he seemed to recommend only what was truly necessary~ The director’s blog and YouTube style had no exaggeration or polished editing at all, so the fact that it felt different from other clinics actually made it feel more real lol, and I finally decided on Iwabaek Plastic Surgery.
When I visited again the day after surgery, I said I felt a foreign-body sensation inside my eye and had tearing. I was worried they might just say that can normally happen and let it pass, but I was relieved that they provided aftercare tooㅠㅠ
Because it was local anesthesia, it was scary and painful (the epicanthoplasty hurt so muchㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ), but I’m satisfied because the result came out well. lol I forgot all about the pain lol
The bruising was severe, but the swelling went down quickly, so everyone was surprised. They said that once only the bruises were gone, people who didn’t know me probably wouldn’t be able to tell I had surgery haha. It took over a month for all the bruising to go away, and during that time I was worried it would fade slowly, so I took Danggwisusan and applied bruise creamㅠㅠ
What was interesting is that during surgery they said the space between my eyes was wide, so I could have a lot of widening done, but I asked them to do only a little.. I also made the double eyelid line thin, but even a slight change seems to change the image a lot haha. Sometimes I miss my old image, but I don’t regret it lolol
In the end, looking natural was the most important thing for me, and it definitely looks natural, so I really like it haha
