I’m not looking for a dramatic change and just prefer a natural style. After my first surgery, of course it looked pretty, but more than that, I liked that my eyes somehow felt more comfortable. But it came undone..
1. ㄴㅅㅎ (ㄱㄷㅎ) Recommended incision + ptosis correction I had heard the director had a cold style, but the way he calmly and objectively explained what needed to be done for my eyes was exactly the kind of doctor style I wanted. Since I don’t have one exact style I want, I actually prefer being recommended the most suitable method. Because I have sleepy-looking eyes and open my eyes with my forehead, I expected ptosis correction, but he explained in detail, drawing diagrams, what kind of surgery it is and why my first surgery went wrong. But I don’t know much about eye surgery, so it was a bit hard to understand.. He said the line should be lowered compared with the first surgery. The price was good. 2. ㅅㅋㄹ(ㅈㅇㄱ) Recommended incision + ptosis correction Among the clinics I went to that day, he looked the oldest. I prefer an older director who looks experienced rather than a young doctor, so I booked a consultation with this director. He also has a history of giving revision-surgery consultations on a plastic-surgery side-effect cafe. Since he also recommended the same method, I felt that I really do need ptosis correction. He said he would keep the same line as my first surgery. I liked my first surgery line, so I thought it would be good because I wouldn’t get a new scar either. Since I was getting revision surgery because my eyes had come undone, preventing it from coming undone again was my main concern. When I asked whether there was a chance it could come undone if I had ptosis correction, he was very honest and said double eyelid surgery can come undone. I already knew that, but hearing it directly was disappointing.. I guess double eyelids really can’t help but come undone. Aftercare/AS for 1 year.
3. ㅇㅇㅂ(ㅈㅅㅅ) Recommended incision + ptosis correction Maybe because I went in the afternoon, this place had the most people waiting. Again, because I have sleepy-looking eyes, he diagnosed that I need ptosis correction. When I said I felt resistant to ptosis correction, he kindly explained it. He said at first my eyes may not close well, so I might need to use artificial tears and such, but it gets better with time. The line was again the same as my first surgery line. The director was the kindest among the three places, but the price was expensive. Aftercare/AS for 2 years.
