Revision cheekbone surgery

When I was young and didn’t know much, I rushed into quick cheekbone surgery, thinking I’d get pretty fast. When I saw there was no result, I thought, “Well, I guess it just didn’t work,” and lived like that for years. But as time went on, my cheekbones stressed me out more and more, so I looked into revision surgery. And wow, setting aside the fact that nothing had changed on either side, one side had a complete nonunion, and an entirely unrelated bone had been cut. I was almost mentally crushed and looked into revision surgery here and there, but most places said it would be better not to touch it, just live with it as it is. Then I found a clinic. The director there was so kind that I really thought, “So this is what a one-doctor clinic should be like.” They said they had seen many cases like this, had operated on someone like this just last week, and had an even more severe case last month. They showed me each case one by one and gave me trust I truly felt like I had found the savior who would bring light back into my life and restore my misaligned bones, so I had surgery right away. Honestly, the cost is expensive. But if this cost can prevent my facial bones from collapsing years later or something like that, what wouldn’t I do? When I press under my eyes, the sensation is still coming back in an ambiguous way, so I can feel there’s still swelling left, but seeing the 45-degree cheekbones I was so worried about clearly disappearing makes me feel truly relieved, and that’s how I’m living
