Buried-Suture Scar and Line

It’s been about 40 days since I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery, and my original eyes were uneven with multiple double eyelid folds. When I used double eyelid tape, depending on the angle and direction, it looked like an in-out or semi-out line? So during the consultation, I said I wanted something between a semi-out line and an in-out line. But I was sure it would look like my eyes when I used double eyelid tape.. After surgery, it became a completely in-out line. I never imagined it would turn out like this, and my eyes originally had a line where the front part showed outward, but now that the line goes inward, they look even more stuffy. I get stressed every time I look in the mirror, and it distracts me while studying.. My parents were originally against even this surgery, and I persuaded them to let me do it, so if I bring up revision surgery.. Also, one eye doesn’t open along the surgical line; instead, a weird line forms above the surgical line and the eye opens along that. The difference in the line is honestly very slight, so if it’s not your own face, others probably wouldn’t notice.. But I’m stressed that my eye doesn’t open according to this surgical line. The thing is, only one eye is like this and the other eye is normal. When I went to the hospital for my one-month follow-up, they said to watch it more and come back if it’s still like that after 3 months. But if both eyes were like this, I could at least accept it; since only one side is like this, it bothers me so much. They keep saying it’s because of swelling, so I have nothing to say. Would free aftercare/AS be possible for this.. Even if they say they’ll revise the side where the eye opens along a different line, they probably won’t change an in-out line to a semi-out line, right?.. I feel like it may also be my fault for not stating the exact line clearly.. sigh
