Eye Surgery Reviews

I couldn’t give up monolids, so I only got medial epicanthoplasty

Honestly, it’s less that I couldn’t give up monolids and more that double eyelids just don’t suit me, so I didn’t get them. I already don’t have much fat on my eyelids, and my eyes are short horizontally, so it was obvious that if I got double eyelid surgery, my midface would look even longer,,, But every time I looked in the mirror, the asymmetry of my eyes stressed me out so much, so after 2n years, I impulsively went ahead and did the medial epicanthoplasty I’d wanted for so long. I’m satisfied with the result,,, even if I went back, I’d do it again,,,, My skin isn’t suitable for plastic surgery, so I even have scars where the stitches were, you know? Even so, it’s seriously amazing that I’m free from the stress of one inner corner being bluntly blocked, constantly having to remove eye discharge, and worrying about asymmetry every time I took photos. Even now, it’s not perfectly symmetrical, but honestly, when you look up reviews, you often think the after looks worse than the before. The red flesh all shows, the eyes look too close together, and because people want a dramatic change, it seems like there are many cases where too much tissue is excised. But the person who did my surgery said cutting is easy but restoration is hard, and strongly advised against opening it too much all at once. I was just like, ignorance makes you bold, and without thinking much, I was like, “Oh really?” and obediently did what they suggested. But really,,, I think I did the right thing by doing that,,, Something definitely improved, but even my mom and dad don’t know what changed lol. lol... of course... because I only opened one inner corner,,... I realized that plastic surgery is truly about self-satisfaction. If I’m satisfied when I look at it, that’s enough.
