At first I could only gently chew things like cubed radish kimchi, but now I can eat meat, cubed radish kimchi, and even jerky without worry haha The stitched area inside my mouth and the side where the drain tube was connected are still a bit swollen, and they said that's because I didn't diligently practice a-e-i-o-u mouth exercises at the beginning The sand-grinding sound from one temporomandibular joint at first has disappeared now, and although it's still stiff, they said it's a muscle issue and the surgery went well~ Maybe because my jaw was set back a bit, my front cheekbones definitely feel much more lifted than before, so I like it. When removing the screws, they might slightly refine the tip of my chin, but they said sagging can happen, so I'm going to think about it~ At the beginning, if you practice a-e-i-o-u and opening your mouth a lot, and do compresses and walks well, the swelling goes down quickly haha And when the swelling goes down, the feeling of your hands wrapping around your face, and the way your face fits into your hands when applying makeup or skincare,, it really changes,, I really hope it stays like this for life
