I had repositioning + fat grafting, and it’s been about 2 years. Hmm... it’s all gone, and instead only the surgical line remains under my eyes. Everything became hollow and I looked gaunt, so I looked into getting filler or collagen under my eyes. The doctor asked if I’d had surgery and recognized it right away as a line that can appear if surgery doesn’t go well. Would it have been different if I’d done a second round? Honestly, I’m not sure. Anyway, it didn’t have much effect for me. I was only super swollen and got told I looked like Avatar^^.... It was expensive too haha
