My eyes already had a double eyelid crease, but since I had a lot of fat on the upper eyelid and weak opening strength, I had the double eyelid line raised a little more with the natural adhesion method and underwent ptosis correction. It is definitely easier now to open my eyes wider than before, and I do not feel there have been any particular side effects, so I am satisfied for now. That said, even with the natural adhesion method, the double eyelid line still remains clearly visible when I close my eyes, so I feel that it is noticeable, which is a little disappointing. Also, when I open my eyes wide, the upper eyelid fat folds over a lot, and at times the double eyelid line gets covered by the fat and looks almost like an eyelid without a crease. Because of that, I thought this might be a surgery better considered by people with thin upper eyelid skin and little fat.
