I already have a long nose, and maybe because the strut was inserted near where the philtrum begins, it looks even longer. The columellar line also looks awkward, and I feel like it should tuck inward, but it protrudes, so I am stressed. Could this be swelling..? I am debating whether I should get an early correction or wait and have revision surgery in the summer
