(Bright Myeong* Eye Clinic) I went there through a friend’s recommendation, and after visiting about 5 places, this place was the most thorough and didn’t feel like a factory-style clinic. People say LASEK is extremely painful after surgery, but this place is also famous for painless LASEK! Even after deciding on this place, I was scared of surgery and hesitated, then went back 7 years later, got examined again, and proceeded.
Even if you book again, you have to get the exams done again. Since there is one director, I also waited several months for an appointment. If you know someone who had surgery here, you get a 100,000 won discount, so it’s good to know the name of someone who had surgery before you go haha
The surgery was simple, but because it was my eyes, I was so nervous After it ended, tears welled up from fear, but you must not cry
After surgery, you have to keep your eyes closed and put in medication frequently, but it wasn’t painful or hard because of pain. It was just a bit uncomfortable having to keep my eyes closed, but it was bearable.
At about one-month intervals for 8 months, they carefully gave me medication, monitored my progress, and taught me how to take care of my eyes. Because of work, I had to go every Saturday, but there were many people, so booking appointments was insanely tough.
After surgery, I can definitely see well, and I love not wearing glasses. If you buy the wrong glasses frames, your head hurts and behind your ears hurts, you know~ It has been a year and a half, but there has been no decrease in my vision. However, if I look at my phone for a long time or look at something close for a long time, my vision gets blurry. They said before that happens, I should do eye exercises by looking far away once every 2 hours. My eyes have become a little weaker, and I do have dry eye. But it’s not to an uncomfortable degree, just enough to notice slightly~ Compared with not wearing glasses, it’s very minor.
Anyway, I’m very satisfied.
