I have a short, upturned nose and contracture is starting at the tip, so I’m looking into revision surgery clinics in Seoul.
These are my consultation reviews.
HT Plastic Surgery Revision surgery for nasal bridge and nasal tip Alar lift to raise the nostril wings so the columella looks lower Columellar lengthening (using septal cartilage) Nasolabial angle correction (using septal cartilage) Contracture-relief medication for one month This was the first clinic I went to, and I’m considering it because they said they could correct the nostril show, which stresses me out, and correct the nasolabial angle. But they didn’t tell me that if I want surgery after relieving the contracture, there’s medication I have to take for a month before surgery, and that it’s not good for the liver.. The consultation order was CT, consultant, director, consultant, and there was no consultation fee.
MT Plastic Surgery (one-doctor clinic) They said it is definitely a contracted nose Wrap donated dermis around silicone and insert it, placing silicone lower than the existing one No nasolabial angle correction Need nostril lowering For the nasal tip, reuse ear cartilage, wrap it with donated dermis, and proceed using cartilage from the opposite ear or septal cartilage It was the most expensive.. no CT, consultation was consultant, director, consultant, and the consultation fee was 10,000 won
YD Plastic Surgery (one director) Release contracture Replace silicone Left ear cartilage + septal cartilage + AlloDerm = nasal tip Add volume to the nasal tip and slightly lengthen it Disinfection the next day, cotton removal on day 3 Remove stitches in front of the nose on day 5 Remove cast after one week, check intranasal bleeding on day 8, remove stitches inside the nose on day 10 Card and cash were the same price, and maybe because it’s an old-established place, they seemed to have pride in it. Consultation was director then consultant, and the consultation fee was 10,000 won.

I still have three more consultations next week, but I’m worried because I don’t have much tissue on my nose. At first I had decided on HT, but another clinic heard about the alar lift method and said my nose is already small, so what are they going to do by cutting and raising the nostril wings? That made me unsure…
