Hello, this is my first time posting in this community..
Because of nasal cartilage tying + philtrum reduction, my columella has drooped slightly, so my nose feels a bit longer.. I’m afraid my impression will change too much if I lift up to the nasal alae, so I only want to lift just the columella a little, from 1 mm to under 1.5 mm..
I have quite a lot of questions, but if anyone knows, I’d really appreciate even a short answer...

Questions)
1. Is the surgical method of lifting the columella by tying only with threads suitable for someone who wants to raise the columella very slightly?
2. If it feels like it was lifted too much after using threads, will it return to the original state if the threads are removed?
3. For columella lifting with threads, is there no skin excision or harvesting of the nasal septum at all, and is it a relatively simple procedure where it is lifted only with threads through a hole (?)? (I know there’s no such thing as easy surgery, but..) Where is the hole made, and is it fixed to the nasal septum?
4. If it is lifted with threads, will the nasal septum receive both the force of gravity and the tension from being tied with threads, causing it to collapse quickly or causing severe side effects one after another?...
