Hehehe what do you think~!? For the surgery, my nasal bridge was raised with an implant, and my nasal tip was raised with autologous costal cartilage, and if there was anything else added, um.. bulbous nose and hump nose! That was about it~ I didn’t add anything functional or anything like that~ I’m someone who got bulbous nose surgery strictly for cosmetic purposes~ My face is a little chubby and plump +_+;; so my nose looked even more... round and bulbous, but after rhinoplasty, the center of my face is definitely more defined haha Rhinoplasty... I really... have no regrets Autologous costal cartilage? If it gives this much effect, I totally recommend it~!
