He also clearly told me that my septal cartilage size was sufficient, so there was no need to use other materials. He has a long career and the reviews look really natural, so I think it might be okay, but the friend who went with me said the manager’s nose looked too obvious and not great, so I’m conflicted. The managers’ noses were very flashy. (They said they all had them done by this director.) There was no explanation about aftercare, and I forgot to ask about CCTV, but these days all clinics have CCTV, so well...

For aftercare, there is sebum and swelling care, CCTV has to be requested in advance, and the cost is 100,000 KRW. They said my septal cartilage size is borderline, so if they open it up and it is insufficient, they may use donated rib cartilage, but I don’t understand why this differs from the first clinic... (I don’t want to use rib cartilage, so I’m a bit worried about this part.) I also want to improve the nostrils showing from the front and side, so I asked about nostril surgery, and they said it would improve by lifting the columella, but I’m not sure whether the shape I want will come out. (They didn’t show me many cases similar to mine either.) There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and they told me to think it over thoroughly.
For now, I still have two more consultations left, so I’ll think about it a bit more, but I’m not 100% sure about either clinic. Which one seems better?
