Cheekbone reduction would have the effect of softening the eyes, moving the highlights that were on the upper and side cheekbone area forward. They took a front-facing photo of my face with an iPad, displayed it together with the bone CT, and explained while drawing with a pen. - Impression: Of all the plastic surgery clinics I’ve been to in my life, the facility was the cleanest and the interior was stylish. Since it’s on a high floor, the view is really nice.. hotel-like. The equipment also seemed to be the latest.. The waiting time is a bit long. The consultant is easygoing, kind, and chatty lol The director is gentle, but maybe because of their appearance, has presence. Super baby-faced. Surgical plan: 2 procedures (strongly against chin tip!!) There were no questions like which celebrity I wanted to resemble. The director made a plan focusing on the parts that looked bothersome to them. They put the bone CT on a large monitor and explained after measuring exact sizes and lengths. They also drew clearly where the major nerve line passes. They said the biggest cause of the asymmetry is the difference in height between both eyes rather than the cheekbones. (When I looked again, that was really true... ) Because the eye height cannot be matched, perfect symmetry is impossible, but cheekbone surgery would improve it a lot compared to now. Cheek hollowing will not be completely resolved (consider facial fat grafting later). They said what ㅁㅇㄷㅇ said, that cheekbone reduction makes the skin move downward and improves cheek hollowing, does not make sense..
