When I look at my before photos, my nasal bridge was just nonexistent, like absolutely nothing I still have the splint on, so I can’t upload photos yet, but I had 5 mm silicone put in, so I’m looking forward to taking the splint off
Before my nose surgery, I had a lot of filler in there, and I dissolved it a week before surgery My nose was so small that I kind of lived thinking of it as looking like a skeleton nose. My eyes and other facial features have some volume, you know But now that my nose has come alive, even with the splint on, everyone is already saying everything looks pretty lol As for bruising, by day 4 only a bit of yellow bruising is lingering around the edges of the nasal bridge The swelling is really on the mild side The inside of my nose is in good condition, and the nasal packing was removed on day 3 They used donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage, and every hospital had told me there wouldn’t be much septal cartilage to take, you know? I had CT scans twice and even did footwork at ENT clinics But when they opened it up, they said it was bigger than expected! Though relatively weak
So they didn’t use ear cartilage hehe
I want to take the splint off and post my surgery review quickly lolol
