It was very upturned, and the nostril asymmetry was severe, so I decided to have revision surgery. They said it could be improved sufficiently with ear cartilage as well, so I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage!
At 3 months, I have no pain or foreign-body sensation in my nose at all, and it's so comfortable that I forget I even had surgery! There is no drooping of the nasal tip or change in shape either! When viewed from the side, the shape of the columella and the overall vibe have changed a lot compared with before the revision, so I'm satisfied!!
