Nose Surgery Reviews

Review after shopping around for nose surgery consultations

ㅁㅇㄷ-ㅇㄱㅇ A place I went to because it was recommended and they apparently do a lot of cases. I went in the morning, and there were a lot of people. The director didn't look at my face while talking; he just immediately drew a pretty nose on the photo of my face... He didn't even listen to the nose shape I wanted, and he really didn't look at my actual face... I said I wanted frontal-view improvement, but he only talked about the side profile. He also didn't check things like whether my skin tissue was thick or thin. For me, it's bulbous nose correction, so skin tissue is important too, but he only looked at the nose on the monitor, so I passed. They recommended alar reduction surgery. Oh, before-and-after photos are important to me, so I asked the consultant whether they could show me before-and-after photos of cases like mine, and all the after photos were only selfies with makeup and Photoshop. They said they don't take after photos themselves,,, and told me to go look on Gangnam Unni.

ㅁㅋ-ㅇㅈㅈ I went with expectations. The clinic looked small. The consultants all seemed young and good at persuasion... When the director came and explained in 3D, I was definitely tempted. I think the consultation was about 5 minutes. When I said something like, 'If I only lift the nasal tip, will there be a step-off?' he said he would take care of it and make it pretty. But at that moment, I felt confidence from him. He spoke clearly and decisively. And when I said I didn't want to use septal cartilage and wanted to use donated rib cartilage, he said, 'Oh, that would actually be better.' (I liked this too because it matched what I wanted.) The downside is the consultation with the doctor was too short... When I asked the consultant, she said even before surgery, the consultation is really brief before going in,, so I wonder whether the refined-yet-natural nose I want would come out I'm afraid the same nose will just come out. The doctor looked extremely busy. Could he pay attention to me...? Other places said my septal cartilage is on the larger side, but here they said it's on the smaller side. (This is just my own thought, but it seems like the clinic recommends using donated rib cartilage because that makes money...) They also recommended alar reduction here.

ㅁㅎ-ㄱㅁㄱ I originally booked a consultation with the head director, but when I said I like natural-looking noses, the consultant changed it for me. The consultation with the doctor was the longest, most detailed, and best. He touched the skin tissue of my nose, explained that it was like this and that, said my septal cartilage is truly on the larger side, and answered everything I was curious about. I asked about alar reduction, and he said if the alae are narrowed, the nasal tip/nostril mound area would look bigger. I liked that his opinion matched mine. Downside - They are not completely nose-specialized They definitely take good care of you, but I wonder whether the nose I want would come out It feels like a gamble,,, And I think the head director was busy, so they sent me to someone else. I said I wanted to consult with the head director too, but they said if I met him, he would put in silicone and make it high, so they didn't let me meet him at all,,,

I want to shop around more, but my nose isn't a difficult nose for a primary surgery, and I'm not going to put in silicone either, so I'm debating whether to just go with number 2. If anyone knows a one-doctor clinic for nose surgery, please recommend it. I won't take other recommendations.
