He went, “Here like this, and here this way,” sketching smoothly, but at that time he didn’t explain in detail what would be done or what kind of surgery I’d be having. I found out I would be getting nostril reduction while talking with the consultation manager... It can leave scars, so I wondered if it would have been better if the director had told me directly...
There was a bit of waiting time, but it was okay. The clinic really felt upscale, like a dermatology clinic. The consultation manager didn’t pressure me, but I didn’t really feel that she was friendly.
ㅇㄷ -ㅊㅇㄷ At other clinics, if I didn’t ask, they didn’t tell me what materials they used, and I had to ask everything myself before they told me. No one mentioned functional rhinoplasty either. So the consultation manager comforted me like an older sister and passed it on to the director too, so I basically came back after listening to a whole lecture. The explanation was so kind, and he explained one by one why something wouldn’t work, why he recommended this, the points to improve, the need for surgery, the cause and rationale, and even the expected effects, using a building as an analogy. He even looked at my philtrum and checked functional rhinoplasty too, and I’m definitely going to recommend to the friend I’m planning to do this with that they should at least go for a consultation there even if they don’t end up doing it there.
It was clean and the wait wasn’t long, so that was nice. Everyone was generally kind. Among the clinics I went to, the consultation manager was the kindest. This is very subjective, but the director gives off a soft and nice impression. Kind of the type who would pass a formal family meeting easily? A gentle-looking, likable type?
The surgical methods are all different at each clinic, so I’ll go around until next week I think I’ll narrow it down and decide based on the method that comes up the most...
