Two years ago, I had only the nasal tip done here without an implant, and as a result, I'm not 100-point satisfied, but I am satisfied. It was my first surgery, and I prioritized safety unconditionally, so if there was even a slightly concerning review, I removed it from my list (including blacklist). Seeing my friends, I really didn't want to do it twice, but because of human greed, I do wonder how it would have been if I had put silicone in now, though even if I went back, I probably wouldn't have put it in I live outside Seoul, so I didn't have much time, so I listed up three places, and this was either the second or last place I went for consultation. As the reviews said, the consultant was an angel itself, and the director was cynical. He seemed a little bothered, but answered everything I asked. Instead, he has very firm convictions of his own, so I think only people who match well with him should proceed with surgery. He tends to cut off questions in directions that aren't his style. This place isn't a natural-glam style either, it's closer to naturalness. The surgery was also exactly by the book: they put me under sedation, then did local anesthesia, and proceeded while I was slightly conscious, so I heard all the sounds. I actually liked that. I knew there was no ghost surgery. My nose was decent except for having a bit of a bulbous nose tendency, so the director initially discouraged me. He said it seemed like I didn't need it, and even if I did it, it would only make a very slight difference. Looking at it now, there isn't a big difference from the front even though I had osteotomy, but I'm very satisfied. If you dislike excessive results and don't like unnecessary procedures, and if you want a flashy nose, I recommend somewhere else. The first place and another place said they might use autologous dermis or grind something? and fill it in the middle, but here they said they would use ear cartilage and septal cartilage, so I liked it more. Now I came back to this community because I want lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty. I'm writing this because I need to fill up points quickly
