After my rhinoplasty 10 years ago, the silicone shifted to one side, and the silicone showing through was my biggest stress. But I had fear about revision surgery and anxiety about ghost surgery, so I kept putting it off, then this time I made a big decision and had the surgery. I am very satisfied with the result. What I considered most important for surgery was safety and side effects. I looked things up and studied every day through communities and YouTube, but finding a trustworthy clinic among so many plastic surgery clinics was so hard. There was also a limit to going around for in-person consultations every time. At first, I was worried because there weren't many reviews for DR, but the reason I chose DR was that the director specialized in noses, and unlike factory-style clinics, it felt like they paid attention to each patient individually.
My nose was a bulbous nose and my skin is thick, so they explained well the shape that would suit my face and the limits. I think it matched well with my tendency to pursue naturalness and stability! Before going into surgery, I had one more design consultation, and the surgery was done under sedation anesthesia! Right after surgery, the director explained in detail that the silicone at the time had shifted a lot and what condition my nose was in.
Every time I came in, the director personally did the dressings, taping, and aftercare meticulously. Seeing them pay delicate attention to the patient made me trust them. After surgery, I was so happy because my complex disappeared. Until then, because the silicone had shifted, my whole face felt like it looked asymmetric. My friends were amazed too, saying it looked really natural but came out well, and asking why I hadn't done it soonerㅎㅎ There are no side effects, and it has settled well, so I am satisfied ㅎㅎ
