It was already a well-known clinic from before, and I heard the director gives blunt reality checks, so I wanted to go there once. The clinic itself felt small and quiet? I saw about 2-3 people waiting. The director is blunt, but not unfriendly, and clearly says what is possible and what is not in a firm way, so I think that makes them feel even more that way. They listen to the look you want and what you are currently unhappy with, then explain in detail how it can be improved and what the current condition of your nose is like. (I had 4 mm silicone and ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and on days when my condition was not good, I sometimes felt pain. I was also dissatisfied with the shape.) They said we should do the surgery in the direction of removing the silicone, and recommended septal cartilage for the nasal tip. The shape is important too, but since this is a revision surgery for me, I set safety as the priority, and I also decided on this place because I wanted the result to look as natural as possible. They showed me before-and-after photos of people in a similar condition to mine and explained while drawing pictures. I heard that after surgery they do not use nasal packing or a splint, and since it is local anesthesia + sedation, they said they would show me the shape at the end. Anyway, I decided after going to 3 places, and all I can hope is that this surgery goes well ..
