<Original nose><Before nasal tip removal><Day 10><Day 13>1 year ago, I went to remove silicone and ear cartilage, but that director left a very tiny piece of ear cartilage on the right side on their own, so now I went to another hospital and had it removed again.
Through a closed approach, I had the nasal tip only removed: the septal support strut + all remaining ear cartilage, without silicone.
It was okay until day 10 ㅠㅠ Today is day 13 ㅠㅠ Can the columella sink in like this even with a closed approach ㅠㅠ? I’m okay with the nasal tip being lifted because I heard it gradually comes down… But it’s so much shorter than my original nasal tipㅠㅠ Right now my philtrum looks so long ㅋㅋㅋ Is it because of the contraction phase ㅠㅠ? Or was too much nasal tip tissue removed?ㅠㅠ Will it come back with time ㅠㅠ? Once it loosens a bit, it won’t look this short, right ㅠㅠ?
When I look at other people’s reviews right after removal, I can see the columella and nasal tip loosen quickly, but I have none of that, and contraction comes right awayㅠㅠ I don’t even really know if this is truly the contraction phase ㅋㅋㅋ When I wake up in the morning, my nose looks the weirdest and most liftedㅋㅋㅋㅋ It’s still hard now, but I don’t have any particularly uncomfortable feeling!
My original nose was definitely not that kind of hump nose before. Right now I’m worried because there’s swelling on the nasal dorsum, making the nasal tip look a bit droopyㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
