It's been about another week since I removed the splint after revision rhinoplasty. They removed the silicone, shaved down the remaining hump, and while removing scar tissue at the nasal tip, they said they reshaped the nasal tip line using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Even though the height is lower than before, the nose size has gotten smaller, so somehow it feels like it looks higher lol But since I know scar tissue can come back up anytime, I still can't feel relieved I hope it stays like this with no scar tissue and only the residual swelling goes down. The hump seems to have been shaved well too..
