I used autologous costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone for the nasal bridge, and had surgery for a hump nose and arrow-shaped nose. For my nose, the hump was... problem number 1
Whether it was a semi-ski-slope line or a straight-to-slight-curve line~ What I wanted first was just to get rid of the hump and have it come out in a way that suited the feel of my face.
Using autologous costal cartilage +__+! I think it turned out reaaally well, to the point that I have no regrets
