I'm leaving a review at 3 months post-op! My nose was low and looked spread out, and especially my nostrils tended to look upturned. So although raising the nasal bridge + nasal tip was important to me, I also paid quite a lot of attention to the nostril shape. That's why I really emphasized the nostrils during the consultation.
Even if perfect symmetry wasn't possible, I looked for a place that could correct the nostrils and raise the nasal bridge and tip. Since I wanted something pretty but not excessive, I picked a place where the overall reviews looked natural.
Now at 3 months, I like the overall height, shape, and line. The nostrils too lol I think they became nicely defined and pretty
