I had alar reduction surgery at Jeonㅇㄴㅁㄷ. I didn't only get alar reduction; because I wanted to address drooping alae and get columellar grafting, they also inserted artificial dermis. Anyway, there is absolutely no foreign-body sensation, and I can make a pig nose, grab and shake my nose, and even pick it, all possible lol Before surgery, my nostrils showed a bit too much, and I was so stressed because I had a bulbous nose and asymmetry. So I thought I should get nose surgery, went around researching clinics, and went for consultations. The consultant was really kind, like an older sister I already knew ..lol The director also explained things in a friendly way, and overall it felt comfortable. At the same time, the professional side really came through, so I decided on surgery.
The surgery ended quickly, and people around me don't really know I had it done. They just say I got prettier and only ask if I lost weight. I absolutely don't regret doing this, and if I had to do it again, I would do it again.. The uncomfortable part was not being able to pick my nose properly until the wound healed after surgery lol On the day of surgery, I watched a movie, ate meat, and did everything I wanted.
