I live outside Seoul but people said I should get it done somewhere good, so I looked around in person and went to Seoul for it! I originally had some nasal bridge, but my nasal tip was blunt, so it looked a bit like a man’s nose. I wanted to raise the nasal tip so it would feel somewhat slimmer and more feminine, so I decided to get nasal tip surgery! I had consultations at several places, but only the director here said that since I already had a bit of a nasal bridge, if only the nasal tip was raised, my nose would look too upturned. They said they would slightly shave the nasal tip, insert 1 mm of silicone, and create the line. It somehow felt professional, so I chose this place. The consultant recommended using autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage as the nasal tip material so that the tip wouldn’t droop and would stay pointed. I wanted it to look a bit more natural, so I proceeded with ear cartilage. Anyway, it didn’t get worse after doing it, but it also didn’t change much in particular. My original nose wasn’t ugly or low, so unless I say it, people around me don’t know I had my nose done Since I was getting it done, I wanted it to look noticeably prettier, but I hate myself for asking for it to look natural Anyway, when getting your nose done, I think you should ask for it to be a bit more glamorous for the before and after to be clear
