Before/after After really diligently researching, I found the surgery that was exactly right for me. It’s a procedure called Cogelko!! They said it uses autologous cartilage, so there’s almost no risk of side effects, and it can naturally lift the nasal tip without any foreign-body sensation, so I set a date right away and had the surgery haha. They said the surgery took about 30 minutes, and unlike regular rhinoplasty, they didn’t put cotton or gauze in my nose afterward, so I had no trouble breathing at all haha. And they didn’t put on anything like a splint either, just taping like in the photo, so there was no problem going back to daily life right away!! Compared with before surgery, the contour of my low nasal tip definitely felt more defined, and when I wore sunglasses, the nasal tip looked sharply defined, so I was so touched I highly recommend it to anyone like me who wants to raise the nasal tip naturally without anyone noticing!!
