For my first rhinoplasty, I had septal cartilage and silicone used, but something like cartilage was protruding inside my nose, so around 5 months later I had revision surgery with ear cartilage added and the height increased. It’s been 3 months since the revision, and suddenly I regret it so muchㅜㅜㅜ Since the surgery, my nostrils are uneven, and on one side inside my nose the septal cartilage is bent and shifted to one side.. If my condition is even slightly bad, I worry about my nose first.. After looking into it, there are so many side effects, and when I see cases of people who developed necrosis, I get so anxious every day that maybe necrosis might happen to me tooㅜㅜ Because of worrying about my nose, I can’t focus on anything. I do tend to worry in an exaggerated way, but I still want to have it removed, so I tried to make a consultation appointment, and they told me to come after at least 5 months have passed since the revision. Since it’s come to this, I’m going to look into more clinics.. How are those of you who had removal doingㅜㅜ? I heard it can’t perfectly go back to the original nose, but I actually like that part. My original nose had absolutely no bridge at all.. If after removal there’s no collapse, denting, or the nostrils becoming even more uneven, I think I could honestly live satisfied. Compared with how much I’m worrying, is removal surgery simple and okay…? Still, before removal, rather than spending every day crying and feeling anxious, removal would probably be better, right?ㅜ

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
