Originally, the columella part of my nose hung down, so when looking at my face, my nose looked too big, and I had a complex about my nasal tip drooping when I smiled. Those points improved, so I’m very, very satisfied. There were two consultations: one with the consultation manager and one with the director. They clearly pointed out the surgeries I needed and the ones I didn’t, and explained everything about my nose in detail from start to finish, so I trusted them a lot and liked it! They also explained the surgery I would receive and how it would be performed, listed several possible improvements, and the consultation proceeded in a way where I chose among them. After surgery, I was worried there might be pain, but I had none at all. Even after the anesthesia wore off, I had no pain to the point that I wondered if this was normal! I think it was because on the day of surgery they gave me an IV to reduce swelling, bruising, and pain :) After the stitches were removed, the swelling went down quickly, so I could return to daily life right away. From the consultation, I wanted a natural look, and they made it extremely natural just as I wanted, so unless I tell people around me, no one notices!
