Since this was my third revision surgery, I really thought it would be my last, so I looked around carefully and visited consultations here and there. I mainly went around for consultations focused on revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage... Now I’m at week 2, and the nasal tip has improved the way I wanted, and lowering the silicone height on the nasal bridge made it naturally higher-looking, so I’m very satisfied.
After the revision rhinoplasty, the director who performed the surgery told me there had previously been Medpor and silicone, and that they were in a position where they didn’t need to be. Until day 3, the autologous costal cartilage area hurt, but now at week 2, the pain is gone.
The drooping nasal tip has improved, so I’m living satisfied, and I hope the swelling goes down quickly too.
