Rather than needing nose surgery, my nostrils were just the type that showed too much, so whenever I looked at photos taken by others, I was always so stressed because all I could see were my nostrils lol They said alar reduction works well for this kind of nose, so I worked hard going around for consultations at places really good at alar reduction, and I thought the price was reasonable, so I had the surgery! During the consultation, the director said I could do alar reduction together with columella improvement, and while explaining everything well, said my nose was one that could get a good result, so I was really looking forward to it until the day before surgery lol counting down to D-day, and once I actually had the surgery, I really think the effect is clearly visible. As the swelling went down and I saw my alae getting smaller, it was so, so fascinating, and now I’m exactly 2 months post-op, and my alae have gotten much smaller, so I think it’s one of the surgeries I’m completely satisfied with haha
